Peter Coesmans is Chief Agility Officer of the Agile Business Consortium – the not-for-profit professional body for business agility co-organising Business Agility Europe. Peter serves as a thought leader for this organisation that has been working on agility since the early 1990’s.

He has led business transformations, agile and non-agile, in many organisations, ranging from food, government, local government, energy and high tech. Prior to this role, Peter was mainly involved in sustainability transformations. In this event, he will share updates on agile strategy, while also shining a light on specific agile organisations and transformations. He is an accomplished international speaker.

Esther is a purpose driven leader with a strong passion to improve healthcare. She started her career in science, but quickly discovered that the combination of science, business and people leadership was her sweet spot. She started with Roche Diagnostics in 2006 and quickly enlarged her leadership scope. In 2016 she became the general manager for the Roche Diagnostics in Denmark where she started a people led transformation. In 2019 she came back to the Netherlands as the General Manager of Roche Diagnostics the Netherlands. While the organization was supporting the customer and the Dutch healthcare with more than 20 innovative COVID solutions, the people-led transformation was done in a virtual environment. The result is a new business focus and at the same time a new way of working.

Yesim Pınar Kitapçı is the CEO and Board Member of Koçfinans, a pioneering financial services company in Turkey, specialised in consumer and SME lending. Pinar is an agile enthusiast, actively engaged in the transformation journey of Kocfinans towards business agility. In addition to her executive role, she holds 3 board membership positions in Turkey and is an AMP alumna of Harvard Business School.

Ben is a Senior Agile Specialist and Leader with more than ten years of combined experience driving full lifecycle of projects ranging in size, value and complexity as well as geographic location. Recognised for experience defining and delivering operational processes in alignment with Agile and structured methodologies. Advocate for business transformation in change-averse settings via promotion of Lean best practices. Arie is a pragmatist who accommodates his pragmatism in structure, discipline, and common sense. He is not afraid to enter unknown paths and take risks. Ulrich started his officer career at the German armed forces. Dr. Ulrich S. Lages studied mechanical engineering at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg and holds a BBA from the GSBA Zurich as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland, USA. He founded Ibeo Automobile Sensor GmbH in 1998 and is co-founder of the Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH. He heads the Ibeo’s Executive Board as CEO. Today Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH is a worldwide technology leader in the field of lidar sensors (acronym for Light Detection and Ranging), associated products, and software tools.

Steve has 30 years’ practical experience in designing and running performance management systems in Unilever. A former chairman of the European Beyond Budgeting Round Table, he now works as a management thinker, writer and speaker. He published Future Ready: How to Master Business Forecasting in 2010, and The Little Book of Beyond Budgeting in 2017. He is on the editorial board of Foresight and is also a cofounder of CatchBull, a supplier of cutting-edge forecasting performance management software. Steve is a visiting fellow at Cranfield University, and has a PhD from Hull Business School. He completed his BA with honors, and he is a qualified management accountant (CIMA).

Jan Nieuweboer currently is the lead expert on Future of Work at Rabobank. In his role as an HR Innovation Manager, he is both a researcher, evangelist, project manager, and advisor on the impact of current and future developments on work. In his 30-year career in international consulting, and working for government and for-profit organisations, he has always been working in the cross-section between humans and technology. Recently, he was in charge of the research conducted at Rabobank on hybrid working, which has led to a decision from the Management Board to go full steam ahead on the hybrid working model in the bank.

Sabine is energetic transformation manager, advisor and entrepeneur with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry and a drive to share knowledge.
